The University of Buffalo Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) empowers talented undergraduate students from underrepresented or economically disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue careers in science, technology, math, and engineering (STEM), the licensed professions (i.e medicine, law, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, psychology, counseling, social work, architecture, OT/PT) and health-related fields.
